I have a heart shaped face as well. I got a hair cut that really fit my face. It was straight across bangs, but thin ones (Not big and clumpy), and layered hair. I also straightened it quite often. I got a lot of compliments from it! If you want different highlights, (I'm guessing you have brown hair) Just get a lighter brown and don't make it in streaks make more like a little bit of an outer layer on your hair. (A thin one)
