Need recommendations for a new hair style?

I have fine brown hair and two annoying ears that tend to stand out. They're naturally straight and don't want to hold very well. But I want to try some kind of new hairstyle which will give a fuller effect and are easy to maintain. So please help me with recommending some styles :D (It would be awesome if you added some pictures)

Well maybe you should dye your hair a red-black. I think maybe the darker color of the hair might cover your ears. ~Hope this helped. (You could also slant your bangs to the right or left.)
