I need to get a new hair style help???

i want to get my hair cut but im not sure what to do.. i want to get it cut shorter like shoulder length or a little shorter...

my hair is farely thick.. so idk how good it would look if it was short.. but i kinda want to do somethign short.. but if you guys have something better thats fine!!
