Your so Pretty !! You should Dye your hair jet black, sweep your bangs to the side and add some long extensions to your hair. It would bring out your eyes since their absolutely gorgeous.

You should consider some eyeliner. Based on your looks, you should try either a charcoal or a dark brown eyeliner. Eyeshadow would be beatiful. :] Try some blues. Your eyes are blue in picture 3, so I think maybe a light blue would make you eyes pop. Your skin looks fine. :] I love your hair just being black. Keep it. You could consider layering it and maybe a lift. I see you already have a little lift, which is cute. :]
do u have a twin??? anyways, i think u should get ur hair flat ironed with major layers and side bangs. and if u want, u could dye it mud blonde and use eyeliner. but thats only a suggestion do whatever u like =]
