Bobs are very in this year, so maybe a bob with some wispy or side bangs. That's in and timeless, everyone will love it. It's okay to keep it blonde, that will look nice but make sure it's clean and shiny all the time otherwise you get triangular shaped hair :/

Well to be honest your ends look pretty burned out from the blonde hair color...so you would need to chop them off. Then if you want to stay blonde (I would recommend to go brunette also but you wrote you have to stay blonde) then at least try some more natural colors. I donno why but when I looked at your pics, I thought immediately that you should try the same style as Reese Witherspoon has...both in color and hairstyle:

Just search her pictures on Google and you will find more styles from her. I think she looks always normal and nice with them. But of course if you want something that stands out more then this is not the style for you.

I dont think you should get bangs. (bangs are where you get the front part cut to just above your eyebrows) as, they are suppose to cover large forheards; eg rhianna. you are not like rhianna.

try and get a side fringe that is just slightly shorter than your hair length (3-4) inches. maybe?

Then you could always opt for bottom layers, which the hairdresser will know.

if your still stuck, try and ask a hairdresser you trust.

oh i no what you should do, you should get it cut to about your chin, get a side parting, a side fringe not too far over your eye like an Emo but so it kinda rests on your eyebrow. get some straighteners straighten your hair. get some good shampoo to give it more shine and then vwala. hope i helped

Wanting a new hair style... suggestions?

Ok here is me in a nut shell... I am in my 20's, a mom of a 3 year old, I work full-time, and go to school part-time. I love new hair styles and colors. Right now I have medium brown hair, and its it just past my shoulders. I do not have bangs, and really don't want either. I have been thinking about cutting my hair shorter (chin length). Does anyone have any suggestions that would give me a hip mommy look, but does not take a long time to do in the mornings?

p.s. I have wavy thick hair but I usually don't have trouble with volume. If that helps anyone...Wanting a new hair style... suggestions?

i think you should get long bangs like the second one an choppy (but not too choppy) layers. Maybe auburn lowlights. And cut it like to bra-line.
I would get 4 inches cut off and get layers with bangs :]

Help.. need new hair style! asap please!?

i'm getting my hair cut (not done up fancy in buns or curled or **** like that! cut!!) tomorrow morning. i've looked through TONS of magazines but i couldn't find a style i liked. i'm growing out my hair, i've had it short for awhile, and its already pretty long, at my chest area. i have side swept bangs that are shorter, and i usually get short, choppy, razored layers. except i'm starting to get tired of it, and would like to try something new. i'd still like to have shorter bangs though. if anyone has any ideas or PICTURES please! or web sites with trendy, nice hair CUTS (not styles) for long hair, pleeaase let me know!! thanks in advance :)Help.. need new hair style! asap please!?

I don't think you should go as short as paris hilton with the wavy hair because the shorter you cut your curly hair the curlier it will get.. If anything i think you should maybe cut 2 inches off and get more dramatic side swept bangs :) your pretty btw... %26lt;3Ideas for new hair style?(pics)?
I think so. But keep in mind: your hair seems long, and getting it cut that short might be a huge change. Try getting the same style a little longer: that way if you don't like it, it'll grow out faster. And it won't be so strange going from long hair to shorter hair.

as for your hair style, I think with the shape of your face you'd look better with longer hair. You would be fine with shorter hair too but longer hair just fits better with your face.

i would either do a messy bun, it can look really cute sometimes, half up, i curled my hair then pinned my bangs up that looks supper cute! i would also try low pigtails or a low side ponytail, i also like headbands and then you bump it in the back or a headband with low pigtails looks cute. i also take a shower the night before braid my hair then undo them in the morning then your hair looks crimped! hope i helped! :)Need a new hair style that wont take long!!!?

your natural curls look gorgeous, try getting some layering throughout and definitly side bangs, then trim the ends so it will grow faster and look healthier.

As for a cut, I think layers and side bangs would definately be great. For extra curl oomph, try Herbal Essences' Totally Twisted line, and their scrunching gel. I have used it for my curls and it works great. Hope this helps!
ask for side bangs that will be good. but also ask for layers. and when your doing your hair at home either scrunch it and leave side bangs natural or blow it out with a blow dryer and then flat iron it.

My question is simple: I need a new hair style that would look good with my kind of hair and I would like some picture links please?

My hair can get pretty long but when long, its thick so I keep it shorter because its easier to take care of (the current length is a little below my shoulders). I also like it layered as well. I call my hair color a ';honey brown'; (blonde/light brown) I have side bangs over my right eye which are getting boring soo I wanna change my hair. And you can get the basic idea of my hair in my default icon (I apologize its small)

New mommies, New hair style?

My hair grew like crazy when I was pregnant and it is now about 3 inches below my arm pits (gets caught there some times...yuck!). I used to dye it blonde, but stopped when I got pregnant .I know you can dye your hair when pregnant, I just never did much since I stopped working, so I just left it alone after my first attempt to dye it brown. Now it has been about 6 months and the new growth is a nice and healthy/shiny light brown/dark blonde compared to the flat/brassy blonde towards the bottom. The texture of the new hair is silky and smooth (and straight), while the rest of the hair is brittle and dry (and weird curly). I would say that the roots are about 6 inches long or so.

So, I know the only way to get rid of the brittle stuff is to cut it off, but I don't want to lose the length. I also don't want the upkeep of blonde, although I really like the color compared to brown. The last time I tried to dye it brown on my own, it had a tinge of green to it. Also, my normal routine is to wash it maybe 2 times a week (with a conditioner afterward) and the rest of the days, just a conditioner (it feels so dry). I use a curl lotion or a shine/defrizz serum on most days, and sometimes straighten it...which for some reason, I can NEVER get the back completely straight. I have flat brushes, round brushes, small straighteners, and large ones....grrr.

Alright...my question is, what is a good cut that is easily maintained (I have a baby and am a full time college student:I don't have alot of time for styling). AND what color would be suitable without being really boring? I am really thinking about just chopping it off, but anyone I talk to says that's a no no! LOL

YOu really need to go to a good stylist. The chemicals in over the counter stuff is too strong. They'll give you something that isn't too harsh on your hair. After that the color upkeep will be much simpler.

also you should get one great haircut. Tell them what you want. After that upkeep is simple.

For my hair, which sounds like yours, i wash it 2 times a week, let it get damp and then use a really big bristle round brush and start from the back and work to the front blow drying it. I also use paul mitchell straightening cream. Its about $17, but I';ve had it for two years. YOu only need one pump. It's pretty straight once I use the brush to blow dry it. Then I use a ceramic striaghtening iron for my ends and around my crown area where the hair is kinda frizzy still. After htat I put in a shine serum. I use Ciba and it's $15 for a small botle, but had this one too for over a year and like 3/4 way full. It's expensive product but they work wonders.

All this for me takes like 20 minutes after it's damp. My hair now is about down to my armpits too. And I can do it with my two walking around me. I've used everything, every product every styling appliance. But I found this works the best for me after having my first and I was in school getting my master's.

It's hard keeping yourself up to be honest and being in school I'm sure you see the undergrads with lots of freet ime and think, 'ugh that used to be me.' Practice and you'll feel great once you get it right.New mommies, New hair style?
I ran into the same issue after my last pregnancy. I decided to stick with my natural color and cut it. Mine was down past my armpits as well and while I liked having long hair, I just didn't have the time to keep it looking nice. So I had it cut to my shoulders and had some long layers put in. It still had good length, looked stylish but I could just throuw it back into a ponytail if I was in a rush. That would be my best suggestion. Update the cut and choose a color close to your natural shade. You can cut your hair without cutting it short. Shoulder length is as short as I'll go, but it make such a huge difference!
You really don't need to chop it for it to even with eachother. If you go to your local beauty supply (here it's called sally's) they sell what's called Second Nature. My hair was blonde and recently put second nature on, just choose a color closest to your natural color in the second nature line, and put it on your hair, and your hair will feel more conditioned before you did it. It doesn't havev ammonia so it's gentle and you won't have to worry about upkeep with roots if you keep it blonde. Highly suggest second nature ;) For the cut, if you want manageable, dont do layers because if you don't have time to curl your hair then it looks funny. And if you don't have a lot of time, you want it long enough to be able to pull back in a ponytail. So at least shoulder length. But seriously, don't cut your hair. My motto is that mother's should not have to sacrifice their hair for their children, we sacrifice enough :)
Long layers is easy to maintain and will also maintain your length (for visual ideas google or think Megan Fox or Giselle Bundchen). Try not to use over the counter color--it is all made for a generic 4N haircolor--which means your natural color will only match the shade preview if it doesn't have a shade of red, gold, copper, etc, also they contain metallic salts and chemicals that are really bad for your strands. If you want good, affordable color--I recommend going to a local cosmetology school (it's not as nightmarish as you'd think--students are constantly supervised by instructors).
If you don't want to lose the length then just get it trimmed up enough to get rid of the split/dry ends. I got my hair cut a couple of months ago(I'm actually due for a cut) and it was down to my shoulder blades. I got it cut up to my shoulders with an angled bang. I LOVE it. It's pretty easy to care for. My hair is really thick and wavy but drying only takes about 10 minutes and straightening takes 8-10 minutes.

As far as the coloring goes I'm sure a hair stylist would be able to help you. I dye mine in shades of brown but my natural color is a medium-dark brown anyway so it's not a big deal for me.
i would keep it simple. im 36 weeks pregnant and in the process of growing out my hair long and all one length for the ease of styling. if i were you i would get it cut to all one length and go back to your natural color. get it done at the salon so that no boo boos happen lol =]. as for the boring thing, long hair can be straightened OR curled, put up, or left down..there are alot of styling possibilities for when you DO have a little time to get ready =].
Chop it, chop it! :) I've always had long hair and did the ';new mommy'; cut this time around when I just got so tired of looking at myself with a ponytail, which seemed to be everyday. It does take a little longer to style than a ponytail but only like 3-5 minutes as drying 5 inches of hair is a lot quicker than doing 10-20 inches of hair. Being a short-hair newbie, I was amazed at how easy it is to style short hair! I got a bob that's shorter in the back, longer in the front, so it's still ';girly'; without the length and I totally recommend it. I've seen bobs of varying lengths on tons of women, of all different shapes and sizes, and it seems to be a very versatile cut that looks good on most people. And, worst case scenario, if you end up hating short hair, it'll grow back. :)

Trying a new hair style. Advice?

Okay, so I'm probably going to get my hair cut very soon. I'm unsure what I should do. I want a cut that would go good with the shape of my face and color. I also dont know if I want to dye it or do something dramatic.

I was going to get more bangs cut, maybe more layers. What do you suggest? Usually in the summer I wear my hair curly (because thats my naural hair type) and I scrunch it with some gel. But sometimes I wear it straight.

i like the way your bangs are they fit your face very nice... you should get shorter layer so that your hair is light so that you get more volume... i know you might get some already since you have curly hair but hey bigger the better... as for color, if you want drastic then i suggest for your fair skin that you go with a full weave of ash blond not gold blond. you have the right skin tone.. plus when you wear dark makeup it looks really good with fair skin and blond hair.... and if you want even more drastic then go all ash blond (if you stylist is able to) and add some low lights that would be very nice.... as for your face shape like i said the bangs are good for that shape.. the only short look that would look good on you a an a line bob that is a bit longer in the front it will make your face longer and thinner... either or i like....

See I am going to go cut my hair this upcoming Tuesday and I need a new hairstyle. I have hair 3-4 inches past my shoulder with layers that go to my shoulder. I have dark brown hair with reddish blondish tones, no too much, but it's from henna and the sun. It is curly but not at the roots of my hair till the top of my ear. weird, but it's o.k. Ok so I want to change up my hairstyle. I went from having really long hair to a short choppy haircut and I loved it. So now its grown out some and I think im just going to let it grow for a while of course with trims in between.

I know it sounds overdone and probably everyone else will say the same thing but seriously - get some side bangs! You would look totally awesome with them! I think your hair actually looks really good right now, but if you want to switch things up, get some shorter layers and pump up the volume a little bit! You could also get some highlights for a more springy/summery look, they make a huge difference!

You would look good with some more volume. If you want it short, you could get nice choppy layers to make your hair seem fuller. If you're not into cutting, some big curls would look awesome on you! You could get some fairly big rollers to put in, or get a curling iron. You would also look really cute with bangs straight across your forehead.

Ok I鈥檓 going to be starting 10th grade soon and would love a new hairstyle. (I know that you are most likely saying then go to the salon and get a new hair cut.) Its not that I haven鈥檛 did that but it always looks the same. I have long brown hair that is layered with blond highlights. Most of the time I have it straitened even thought it is naturally curly. I don鈥檛 like it because I think it looks like a poodle when it is curly and down. SO if you can tell me some new cute things to do with my hair that would be great, I am ok with cutting it a little shorter if that helps anyone with ideas. well i dont straighten it too often ...

but i do do a lot to change it up .

braids . bun . ponytail . headbands .

if you think it looks like a poodle try to get some frizz - ease ... it makes it heathy and less all over the place .

in the summer i do blonde highlights and in the winter black ones .

if you look good in general and change up the style of your hair then it dosent matter too much .

but if you really just want something different ...

try some store websites [ hollister . abercrombie . hot topic . garage . ] and look at the models .

just make sure to add your own tweak to it so your original .

and dont go to a cheap salon . for the actual change . if you do something really different a cheap salon has a higher chance of messing it up .

i have the same hair type, i used to hate my hair until i learned how to style it right my tips would be: never ever brush your hair(only when you get out of the shower) otherwise it will loose its texture and get poofy.

cut your hair into long layers all over your head so its not one big area of curls.

always use conditioner after you shampoo.

use hair mask once a week.

apply a texturizing pomade or gel which will give your curls some defintion.

get sideswept bangs.

only straighten your bangs

or straighten your hair one day for a whole new look!

Sonds like it's time for a brand new look!

I'd buy a couple of hair magazines (you can find them in Walgreens, CVS, grocery stores, etc.), and find a look that you like. You can still keep your hair long but a few feet off wouldn't hurt if it's down to your knees. Take any styles you like to your stylist and together, I'm sure you two can come up with something fresh, fun, and fabulous! :)
if you love having the length and don't want to loss it. Let me suggest you use my sister-in-law's (hair down to knees also) method. She get's those hair ';sticks'; that look like chops sticks rolls her hair in a bun (i saw that u said its to long) and it stays in place just fine. Another suggestion is to fold your hair in half then add a pont tail.. it will apear shorter and stay outta ur way at the same time.

My current hair is pretty long,has some layers,is wavy/relaxed, is brown,no bangs and gets frizzy easily, but it's just too boring.I have a circle shaped face also. I usually straighten it or put it in a ponytail, but i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas or pictures preferably for new haircuts that i could get done.I definitely don't want short hair,i want to stick with semi-long hair,and i do not want side-swept bangs. Instead of any bangs, get long, subtle layers (face framing could also look nice) and a trim of the ends. Invest in some good smoothing cream to keep your hair from becoming frizzy while also boosting your wavy style. Good luck!

Well, honestly I kind of like all three. The Colin Farrell look is hot, but I would say if you do that one, cut it about 1/2 - 1 inch shorter than the pic. The random internet kid pic is cute too, but I don't really like the line on the side if you're older than high school age. The first one is also nice for a normal, everyday cut but perhaps in a different color. Hope this helps!! =)

Ok, my hair is african american but it's kinda different. it's 4 inches past my shoulders,very soft and has the relaxed look with out a perm. wow these other people who are answering your question are straight up losers. i am in the same situation as you. i'm mixed race, so my hair is straight enough that i don't need a relaxer, but at the same time I constantly have to use the flat iron. You're hair seems as if it is long enough to curl it. Try putting rollers in your hair overnight. When you wake up in the morning %26amp; take the rollers out put 1/2 of your hair up in a pony tail %26amp; the other half down. that looks pretty. also since you have bangs you can make a high ponytail with your bangs loose but partially side swept. Also try seventeen.com or pick up a copy of seventeen mag. There are always awesome hair style tips in there. I just donated my hair for st.Baldric's day, but I did not shave my head. It use to be past my sholder blades. My hair is now up to my jaw, %26amp; it looks Romona Qumbie like, minus the bangs. What new hair style should I get?

I'm thinking about getting my hair restyled. I want something completely different, new and fresh. I was thinking about a very short bob, but they are going out of fashion so I;m not sure. I have a round face with blonde hair. I would like to lighten my hair but I don't want to get rid of all the colour. I'm thinking either like a kind of agyness deyn type cut, or like the new singer in the pussy cat dolls (very short and blonde), or a short blonde curly bob, or like kate moss' new hair (golden blonde, choppy fringe) my hair is quite short. Right now i've got light blonde hair (not like bleach blonde but it's light) %26amp; my natural colour is dark blonde. You can also style your hair in different ways, plus its better for your hair and the curls hold better and last a long time. Didn't know it was that messy at the time, but, whatever..You can see the length, color, and current style.

I'd like to try something different. I've considered some ';emo'; type styles before... I might put some red and/or black streaks in my hair.

Ok, now for some additional info that could factor into a hair style: I'm a very quiet and shy person, with a social anxiety problem. I have trouble smiling a lot (trying to get better). I'm tall and pretty thin. Some of my favorite music: Electronic/dance, Coldplay, The Killers, Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, Tears for Fears, Nine Inch Nails, and Gorillaz.

Ok, sorry, this is nearly irrelevant, but I love NIN also! :)

Back to the topic at hand:

Based on the fact that you're shy and from your picture, I think you should grow out your hair, dye it black, and like pull it over one eye. Do you know what I mean? Like half of your face covered. That'd be pretty cool. Also get a straightener, it helps a lot. :)
Grow it out a little bit and go to someone who really know how to do hair well (you might have to pay a little more for a good stylists) and ask them what would go good w/ your face shape...i think growing it out a bit will look good and just trimming the ends when its grown out.
Wow your face already told me your shy and quiet anyway it might be hard to pull off a look for you cause I see guys who look like you a few times and I don't know a style that would suit them. I guess emo is the best.
If you're so artistic why don't you just come up with your own new hairstyle.

you'd have to grow it out a bit but theres no reason why you culdnt, if you have a lot f discipline..to straighten it every day, moisturise it (chi silk infusion is good for that)

Since you part your hair to the side, I would get side bangs. they're in style and spice up almost every hair style.

Try scrunching your hair, its easy and always looks cute!
Get bangs and the hair on the second picture looks fine.
I say lose weight instead because you hair is already really cute
Get it cut chin length and dye it blonde or auburn
God, you do not need to loose weight . You look healthy .

Maybe get some highlights and side-swept bangs :]

What new hair style should I get?

I would say cut it longer on top,shorter on the sides,thinned out slightly overall,not too much because your face is fuller,side-burns left on the long side,,possibly some meduim brown highlights??What new hair style should I get?
Go for a short back and sides and have the top clippered at #4.
