Need new hair style ideas - picture included?

Allright, so my hair has been the same for a while. I did a pretty short hair cut once, but I don't know if I want to go that short again. I need to be able to put my hair in a pony tail. I've started going to the gym and I want to get a new hair style to commemorate my new figure when I'm done.

This is my hair currently, well, it's brown right now. But that's my face shape and length currently.
