Need new hair style plz help?

I am a 16yr old male and im getting bored with my hair style. my hair is not smooth at all and is sorta brilo pad like, but a little smoother i want a new stlye or hair cut that is not too short but not long at all. it needs to be perfect and fit me. here is a pic of me help you out...(hair is brown now) also can you post some pictures of the haircut your suggesting...
