I've had long hair for awhile now, and I'd like a change, but nothing to drastic, nor do I want to have to do a ton to it every morning.

I'd say dye it... to a medium or dark brown...

No that's not drastic either...

I'm not sure how this would look on lighter hair, but it looks great on dark hair. get something that is shorter that the crown and back of your head, then get longer as it gets to your bangs. the longest to about your cheekbone or a little lower, razor/choppy cut, side part, use wax if needed, not gel, to make the hair in the back stand up,
