I am not sure what new hair style to get. HELP!!!!?

Hi

I have lately been really sick and tired of my old boring hair style, so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas. i thought of a side fringe but every one is saying it will get in my way when i am doing things. They also said it will be harder to tie my hair back.





I have brown hair with hints of strawberry blonde. im not to sure what my face shape is i think its a cross between an oval and heart shape. The length of my hair is about 5-10cm past my shoulders. Pictures would be be great if possible. Thx for helping.
