you look young, like you're 12, but in the 2nd picture it looks like you have major bags under your eyes and it makes you look older. you should wear eyeliner. your hair looks plain, you should get side bangs and get more volume to your hair. i think if you straighten it, it would look a lot different. idk, i'm not a fan of the color though.
I would cut blunt long front bangs because of your face shape, and cut your hair a bit closer to shoulder length. I would think you are outgoing and about 16.

its pretty boring tho im thinkin if you dye it maybe do a light brown and some ash blonde highlights
