I don't like what I currently have, so I'm wondering if you guys can help me out on what would look good on me. Heres a picture.

get rid of highlights and yeah I agree spike it up or even better flat iron it out.
i have a few-
1- Spike it all up
2-flatter the back down but spike your fringe up
i like it alright the way it is but yea i agree to get rid of the highlights
maybe go a shade darker but whatever you do, dont go lighter
