New hair style! need help!?

my hair is super straight, medium brown, length is to my shoulder. @ the end of the summer i'm going to get a hair cut 4 school. i want layered and side bangs wat would look cute... oh yea i'm 11 and i can't get highlights or my hair dyed but i want highlights, how? my face is kinda round.New hair style! need help!?
Get your hair cut to frame your

face. Don't get it too short though

because you want to be able to

pull it up. You can also use Sun-In

during the summer. You spray it

in your hair and it helps create more

natural highlights from the sun.

angled bobs are really in right now!
ok so layers are in now..so go for it!

have the back a few inches shorter is also in (thats how i have mines).

you know they do have washable highlights.

sit your parents down and say '; i fully understand that i cant get highlights';

BUT....

and thats when you tell them about tha washable ones.
