I also have really curly hair but I wanted a funky cut. I opted for an A-Line Bob cut. It looks super cute curly and straight. I am always getting compliments and think you should give it a try. The back is not as short as a traditional A-line, about three inches. The front comes down about three inches from my chin. Its a fun cut that I just cant seem to get tired of:)
