I need a new hair style! [Picture included]?

Okay so im tired of my new hair and i was just wondering what you think.

Any advise at all is welcome:)

My grandma owns a hair salon so i get free whatever whenever. And don't worry about going over the top kuz ive pretty much done everything and im open to anything. Here's a picture of me and my hair now (sorry i have a hat on but its all one color so yeah....i couldn't find any other decent pictures)
