Anyone have a suggestion on a new hair style?

alright.. im thinking of getting a new ';hair style'; because im starting to not like the one i have =O. i think its mostly the sides that i dont like.. but i dunno. The problem is, i dont know how to get it cut or how to grow it out. So if anyone has any suggestions/pictures post them please! =) (keep it realistic please.. i dont want it shaved, buzzed, mohawk, or anything like that)
