I want a new look/ new hair style ?? [picture]?

i don't know what would look good with my face shape and everything..so any ideas would be appreciated.

the photo is black and white...so you can't tell but i have dark blue eyes, a few freckles, and my hair now is like a dark-brownish...any make-up tips would be sweet too! thankss.I want a new look/ new hair style ?? [picture]?
i think you should get side bangs or side swept bangs, and maybe cut your hair to shoulder length.
