If you really want a change, try doing that hair style, but please DONT dye your hair.

wow your gorgeous!!! umm make sure i keep the ends curly and straiten your bangs. dnt get tht style srry i dnt think ud pull it off... =O. umm you should put highlights in it like some shade of brown itd look cute with the blonde. ud pull of burnette too.=) keep side bangs! get more layers!

well i know if u just cut your loose ends and make it slight curly from the bottom looks hot.
I dont think long suits you if you want style, but im personally attracted to long hair girls more.
definitely do the bangs..but your already a cutie! maybe a little shorter? i mean the hair length.
Leighton Meester's cut would look gr8 on u! i have the same problem with my hair where i get fed up with it
get the underneath of it dyed dark brown
and then get blonde on the top, not totally blonde but a lot of it
