Im getting my hair cut on Friday. I was thinking these bangs... http://www.flickr.com/photos/mileycyrusf/a>

And i was thinking about keeping the length, but getting choppy layers.

How long should my shortest layer be? Will the bangs look good? Should I go for it? If not, what should I get instead?

yea trust me i know its hard and nerve recking but tell the stylist it really depends on your face/bone structure to pick a good hairstyle. something that you can stand out with at school but personalized so the other girls couldnt copy.
I think you should get high layers, since your hair is already long they wont be exactly high. I think you should go for it! It would be a good look for you.
Go see a good stylist. They will know what will look best on you.
