I need a new hair style / cut , HELP PLEASE (pic)?

okay so i havent gotten a decent trim in months, i have layers in all the wrong places, (this is what happens when you let your stupid friends cut your hair)



and to top it off... i used to have PURPLE HAIR, but the time came to go back to blonde, but i had to bleach it, so it's a hideous bright barbie blonde right now

now, usually every summer i just shave my head BUT i promised everyone that i would grow it out...



is there a style that could help even this out and look less terrible WITHOUT actually taking up the length???

why would you shave your head? To be honest i'd just go to a good salon and have them clean it up a bit. Just some nice fresh layers and maybe some side bangs or something!I need a new hair style / cut , HELP PLEASE (pic)?
Color seems fine to me...but you can easily fix that.I don't know what's your face shape,but I think you can make some bob haircut,it's modern,and it'll resolve your problem.

i think you should dye your hair black and with pink hi lites and to call my cell # (832)816-9537 if you have any ? about it.
Your hair look good to be honest. Usually blonde hair that are too light or are highly highlighted look bad, but yours look fine.
