Help with a new hair style plz!?

i have had the same hairstyle for the longest time and i really want to change it up. hopefully my profile picture gives you a general idea of what it looks like right now but i need some help with finding a new look!


ive alread been blonde before and i hated it and i dont want to go toooo dark because im naturally a red head and have a pale skin type. but i want to change the color to something noticeable.





Then theres the cut. i dont want to go too short because im adament on growing out really long. but perhaps deep layers? i dunno! and then theres the bangs. this is where i feel i have the most play with it. how should i cut them where it will be somewhat of a drastic change? i already have the sort of side swipe bang





im looking for that drastic change that happens in the makeover episode of AMericas Next Top Model. It's like you nvr would have thought of the new do that they come up wth for the models but it always looks so good on them!Help with a new hair style plz!?
Personally if you want a drastic change try choppy layers and thinning out the bottom of your hair. Its a really cute hairstyle, but its also considered scene. If you were to get it done dont change your whole style because you might lose friends, and be called a poser. You DO NOT want that. But if you do get that hairstyle tease it up, or give it some volume because it brightens your face also. Check out some scene hairstyle pictures.
