New hair style/colour advice please?

Hi, Im looking to have something done with my hair, I want some or all of it colored but not sure what?? something a bit different would be nice, so help would be good here is a photo of me so you can get a look at what you think might look good

You also cut your hair to a little past your shoulders and get layers and sideswept bangs.
