New Hair Style Question, IS kinda easy question ? help me please :):)?

Im 13 and I have always had longish, Brown/blonde hair (except for the time I accidentally dyed my hair a DEEP red -Mahogany, but it washed out)

Anyway It's always been longish and Brown blonde I just got Blonde streaks cus my hair is like a medium brown for some reason now and im sick of them already...

anyway my question is does Maybe a few inches over shoulder length (Not a bob) Darkish hair suit someone with a roundish type face and Bright Ice Blue Eyes?

Or does anyone have this haircut and recommend it? Im not going to jump into something that wouldn't suit me, but I feel like nows the time to change my hair style?
