New hair style.. opinions pleaseee?

Ok so I am wanting a complete makeover. I just went through a particularly bad break up which I am still in the process of getting over, but I want a new look to cheer me up and to stop me feeling like such a disgusting.. er, thing. I have a photo of me now and a photo of the hairstyle that I am thinking of getting.

I have a budget of about 拢250 that I am willing to spend on extensions for my hair. Ok.. honest opinions pleaseee.. :

i deff think you should get that hair cut and get extentions... just not too sure about the blonde, it might look weird.
