New Hair Style for Guy/Boy/Teen.?

I'm so tired of my hair... I have no idea what to do with it.

Any good hairstyles for a 14-year old with medium length hair?



My hair currently grows into this kind of bowl shape and i hate it.

I need something that isn't long and doesn't take a long time to do or is complicated. It also cant mess up easily. I don't want a buzz cut or anything too.
