New hair- style/ cut / colour.any opinion please !?

Okay so,

i can't have anything mad because my workplace won't accept it ..



i kinda like scene hair, but not the extreme stuff...

so whatever you think i should try or what would suit me,

i'm interested as im crappy with ideas : D !



the only pic i have, is kinda old..

but my hair is about 4 inches longer now (y)

I like the cut of your hair. Die it redish color maybe, like a dark natural tone.
