I like your hairstyle, it's cute. I don't think it's dramatic at all, but if you think it is cut it shorter. You can go micro short, medium short, or long short(which would be barely touching your shoulders) You could go wavy, a la Paris Hilton. Or even curlier, a la Julia Roberts.



Look in hair magazines for more options
I can't tell if u have bangs or not in the pict but if u don't maybe you could get them.



or you could buy a curling iron to curl your hair with.( i have 1 called bella (brand name) that i got @ shoppers drug mart and it works really good.)
