ok. alittle help., my cuz is gettin her hair done 2morrow and doesnt no wat 2 do. heres a pic of her, she can get highlight, and however cut she wants. this pic was also taken a few years ago, the only other recent 1s i hhave are hard 2 c. plus she doesnt rly look different. she is the 1 on the upper left. i was thinking layers, a side bang and a few highlights. but ut input is rly helpful =]
