Ashanti's new hair style???

I saw ashanti new music video and I really like her highlights. They doesn't start up at the top at the root, its more like in the middle and gradually changes to blond. Can you tell me an easy way to explain this to my hair dresser. Or does anyone have a good picture of this style????

I'm trying to find this exact same thing! I just saw her video today and I love her hair. It looks like just piecy blonde highlights that start towards the middle of each section towards the ends. If you find a photo, let us know. Thanks!
